Day 1: Let the positivity begin!

Anyone who knows me well enough realises that I have a penchant for all things positive... so I thought I would use my gift and aim to add a bit of colour, light, fun and just good ol' dose of encouraging words to make your days to come a bit lighter and brighter :o)

With us now in the final push of a really long, hard and challenging year for most, I would love for you to join me on this journey to the end of the year - and what better time as we enter the Festive Season, and Advent which officially starts today.

Advent, although associated with Christianity, also means "the arrival of a notable person or thing" according to the Oxford English Dictionary. I hope that this jlog (journal blog) heralds the arrival of a bit more positivity, hope and joy in your daily life!

What: short post of something positive or a thought to just reflect on for the day
